William Nichols elected President Elect:  Judith Landau, IFTA President, announced today William C. Nichols (USA) was elected to the post of President Elect beginning on February 8, 2009.  Dr. Nichols will serve the remainder of Francisco's Aviles' term.  Dr. Aviles resigned in January.  Dr. Nichols will begin his term as President on July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011.
