Tom Andersen, M.D.,, Board Member, collegue and friend has died. Tom fell on the
rocks by the sea in Norway, while walking his dog, and died from his
injuries. There will a civil funeral service for Tom Friday May 25, at
12.30 p.m. in Nye Krematorium, Vestre Gravlund in Oslo. Ole Danbolt Mjøs
will give the main funeral speach. Magnus Hald and Georg Høyer will also
coordinate and contribute. Music will be conducted by the daughters of
Sissel Reichelt. The funeral agency in charge is Jølstad begravelsesbyrå
v/ Hans Morten Brun, tlf. +47 22 79 77 00.

On behalf of IFTA I send Tom's widow Anne and other family members our
deepest sympathies. We will remember Tom with great respect and fondness
and celebrate his life. We are thankful for his contributuon to our field
and to IFTA.
